Matthew Coxhead is a Director in the Office Division at Cushman & Wakefield, the largest privately held commercial real estate services firm in the world.  For over five years, he has advised and represented clients on all aspects of property occupancy and investment in Phoenix, AZ.  In 2012, Matt was the Emerging Broker of the Year for the Phoenix office, and was recognized with the “Game Ball Award”, which is achieved by promoting teamwork along with a winning attitude.

Prior to moving to Phoenix, Matt worked with Grubb & Ellis in Denver, CO and spent much of his spare time volunteering at the local children’s hospital.  He has spent the last two years as the Chair for Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders Philanthropy projects in Phoenix, whose recent projects include feeding families at the Ronald McDonald House and raising more than $30,000 for Ryan House, a local non-profit respite service for families with terminally ill children.  Matt has also spent time fundraising as a committee member for the Fiesta Bowl.  He is dedicated and passionate about making a difference by giving back to a community that inspires him.
